1. Mostly eat a natural, fresh and balanced diet: Includes fruit,
vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, pulses and whole grains in your daily diet.
Also do not skip your breakfast.

10. Practice safe sex: Always use safe practices during sexual
relationship with your partner to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted
