Shipping Policy
From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes minimum 7 business days and maximum 10 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually.
Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.
We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre if the cancellation request is received after 24 hrs. of placing the order.

- We try our best to deliver products on the delivery day. However, in unavoidable circumstances or on the entry of wrong pin code/address these products may reach after the mentioned delivery date.
- Products delivered by logistics partner cannot be delivered on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- The delivery CANNOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance even upon request.
- The selected product will be delivered only in Selected Locations mentioned as ‘available’ on this Site.
- We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order as ‘executed’ in the following cases:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address / wrong pin code in case of courier products.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbor.
- The image displayed on the site is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in appearance, shape or design.
- In case of floods / Heavy Rains / National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- No change in instructions can be entertained after placing the order.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
